What you'll do

Helping to support operations across product formulation and data management, you'll be responsible for managing new product registrations, maintaining technical data sheets, and ensuring accurate records are kept across our IT systems. You'll also feed data into shared Excel tools used by multiple departments and assist our formulation team with formula-related tasks — playing a key part in keeping our product portfolio running smoothly.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is organised, methodical and detail-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

You'll also need:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent.

  • Basic IT and office tools proficiency, including MS Office package

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Fluent English is must.
