Job Description

We are seeking a confident and skilled individual who is eager to take on a high-level ownership role, building business insight in a fast-paced organization, and making a lasting impact on their team and leadership. This role requires a disciplined and organized self-starter with acute attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly interact and build strong working relationships with key partners. and customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent administrative skills :
    • Expense, travel, calendar, and mail management, for Business Leaders. Team Support: Help with expense issues and follow-up.
    • Major meetings and event support for respective teams.
    • Ordering supplies and services for the team using Coupa. Follow up on payment of invoices.
    • Maintain organization charts, distribution lists, publish announcements, and populate scorecards.
    • Microsoft Teams hub owner. (This includes monitoring access and cleaning up of Teams Hubs)
  • Be an integral part of supporting the organization's culture activities (E&I efforts, Connecting and coordinating new hires to role, etc.)
  • Ad hoc projects / areas of responsibility: Tracking and monitoring budgets, flags over / under-spending to management,
  • Flow to work within work team and when needed, NA Feminine Care Admin Team.
  • Effective time management skills and adaptability to the workload.
  • Maintaining utmost confidentiality and exhibiting maturity in handling sensitive data.
  • Building networks at all levels to foster effective collaboration and communication.

Job Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Eagerness to be proactive, taking initiative, thinking ahead, and operating effectively within teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal leadership on an on-going basis; understand the role as a liaison between manager and the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain agile in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Appreciation for contributing to our culture and fostering team connectedness.
  • Growth mindset and a mindset of creating possibilities.

Starting Pay/Salary Range:  $69,300 to $96,200

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
