**this is a hybrid (4 days in office) position based out of our Downtown Toronto office**

In this role, you will.. 

  • Manage and organize the lead Advisor's email, coordinate team meetings, booking calls with clients, understanding priorities 

  • Maintain the team's database, tracking prospect and business opportunities

  • Identify and implement processes to improve workflow, organization, and communication 

  • Organize and manage listing pipelines

  • Answer standard phone calls and emails on behalf of the lead advisor, forwarding any urgent messages in a timely manner 

  • Assist with coordinating quarterly market update calls (in person, or online)

  • Prepare expense reports and review submitted reports when required 

  • Meet with Advisor daily to discuss upcoming events, meetings, and logistics 

  • Plan for travel and meetings, tracking invoices

  • Write & distribute email correspondence, memos, letters, and forms 

  • Other duties as required. 

What you bring 

  • Relevant years of experience required to perform the role: 1 to 3 years of experience 

  • CRE experience / background to perform the role: Preferred 

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 

  • InDesign experience a plus  

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely  

  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners.  

  • Knowledge of real estate terminology an asset.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $56,051/year - $67,000/year

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
