The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and facilities. This role supports office and building needs for the company. This position is in Williston, North Dakota, with a 9/80 work schedule that includes being off every other Friday. Level and salary commensurate with experience.
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with ELT assistants in Houston for any local needs
- Coordinate meetings with North Dakota teams for Corporate touch points
- Town Hall, quarterly round table discussions, etc.
- Assist admins with Community Relations events and outreach
- Manage company event planning, i.e. Christmas party, safety recognition and stand down events, offsite meetings and trainings, etc.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, conference rooms, both internal and external meetings, and team building events
- Coordinate catering, meals, and meal reservations as required
- Coordinate and assist with logistics of VBSL
- Arrange travel accommodations as necessary
- Assist with data entry, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Order and manage SWAG for Rig of the Quarter Program
- Support local leadership team with administrative needs as required

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience working with general office equipment such as copiers, postage meters and shredders
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license
- Have proven customer service, focus and a reputation for delivering on commitments
- Self-directed with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills in the day-to-day dealings with vendors and internal clients
- Attention to detail coupled with excellent organization skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize on a daily basis
- Working knowledge and experience using Excel and Word
- Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 10 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone

Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in an office services role or maintenance role
