Responsibilities:

  • The role of the Administrative Assistant will require a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 Applications such as Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint. 

  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a small group within a fast-paced environment which will require gathering data, tracking metrics, and reporting to both contractor and government personnel.

  • Prioritize taskings and job requirements to meet deadlines both efficiently and accurately to maintain and track customer requests and requirements.


Qualifications:

Required: 

Associate degree in Business or Computer Science:

  • 4+ years of experience, to include: word processing spreadsheet development, documenting issues, data collection, report processing, send and receive emails.

  • 2+ years of work experience shall be within DoD. Note: Experience may be concurrent.


OR

High School Diploma or GED.

  • 8+ years experience to include: word processing, spreadsheet development, documenting management issues, financial analysis, data collection, report processing, brief preparation, read milestone schedules and send and receive emails.

  • 2+ years of work experience shall be within DoD. Note: Experience may be concurrent.


Desired:

  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Access, Outlook, Word, Excel, and various Adobe applications.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel Ability to develop in-depth spreadsheets and reports.

  • Experience or willingness to learn SharePoint to create and manage sites, libraries, lists and workflows a plus.

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.​
 

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:

$28.63
