Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and become the go-to professional ensuring smooth office operations and team support. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors while keeping projects, events, and office systems running seamlessly.
Manage phones, visitors, mail, and scheduling
Maintain files, conference rooms, and office resources
Support onboarding, event coordination, and vendor relations
Assist financial services with accounts payable and administrative tasks
Provide proactive support to staff and leadership teams
2+ years as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills
Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
Dependable, resourceful, and proactive team player
High School diploma or GED required
Knowledge of the architecture/engineering industry a plus
