Job Description
Position Description:Responsibilities:
Create initial client profile, open accounts, process transfers.
Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts; interact with home office as needed.
Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisors.
Call clients or prospect to set up meetings or appointments
Conduct transaction requests as requested by financial advisors
Build and maintain close client relationships through phone calls, emails, birthday cards and holiday cards
**This is not a virtual role. You’ll be required to come into the office everyday**
Desired qualities:
3 years client service experience preferably within the financial services industry
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to take the initiative, when necessary, have a proactive nature with the ability to operate with minimal supervision
Effective communication with clients
Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
Effective and efficient time management
Polite and clear phone manner
Base Pay Salary
The salary range will be $40k-60K/ yearFull-Time/Part-Time
