  • Salary: $87,813.00 - $116,824.00 + super + salary packaging

About the role

  • Lead and develop a high-performing administration team – manage, mentor and support staff to deliver exceptional service and patient experience

  • Drive continuous improvement in patient flow and service delivery – design and implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency, access, and care quality

  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams – work closely with radiologists, department managers, service manager and the Director of DSD Medical Imaging to ensure seamless operations

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and patient experience – act as a key point of contact for referrers and patients, managing enquiries, feedback, complaints and compliments

  • Support accurate billing and data integrity – partner with the DSD MI Billing Officer and Business Manager to ensure correct billing in line with Medicare and NSW Health Care requirements


About you

  • Proven experience in managing or contributing to a complex multi-modality imaging service

  • Demonstrated capability in clinical governance and quality improvement, including development of protocols, procedures, manuals, and safety systems

  • Well-rounded leadership experience across operations, finance, HR, and WH&S, with a track record of driving service performance and efficiency

  • Excellent communicator and mentor with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and support education, training, and development of multidisciplinary imaging teams
