Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Administration Operations team at Mercer. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Administration Specialist acts as a specialist in administration and superannuation, focusing on resolving escalated issues, handling exceptions, and delivering excellent customer service. You will be part of a proactive team that collaborates closely with stakeholders to find solutions for members and improve business processes.
We will count on you to:
- Process and perform peer review of allocated tasks accurately and within assigned KPIs.
- Prioritise tasks appropriately and manage escalations with care and urgency to reach resolutions.
- Respond to enquiries from members and employers, managing inbox communications within agreed service standards.
- Liaise with internal teams such as GSD regarding transactions within Administration Operations.
- Contribute to process improvements by suggesting enhancements to gain efficiencies and improve client and customer experience.
- Support and contribute to quality initiatives and compliance requirements, including timely reporting and upholding company values.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in administration or customer service, with a minimum of 2 years in superannuation.
- Strong computer skills including basic Excel, Word, and typing.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage and resolve exception-based challenges under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
