Your Opportunity
Be the first point of contact for clients and help them access urgent funding by guiding them through paperwork and supporting documentation. This role allows you to use your strong administration skills while making a real difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional front-of-office experience.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and assist with scheduling for program activities.
• Maintain reception area and ensure resources and information for clients are up to date.
• Support clients by collecting required brokerage documents and assisting with eligibility checks.
• Prepare and process documentation including correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Communicate with internal teams and external agencies regarding referrals, information, and enquiries.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management to support program operations.

Requirements for Success

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ideally, experience with accounts processing.
• Proven experience in an administration role.
• Superior organisational and time management skills.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
