Administration Manager – Retirement Village
Location: Richmond Villages Willaston, 261 Crewe Road, CW5 6GX
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00)

Role Overview
The Administration Manager ensures the efficient operation of the village by overseeing administrative functions, managing staff, and coordinating across departments. This role is key to maintaining high service standards and creating a safe, supportive environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Collate, report, and monitor data including resident occupancy, aged debt, and staffing; highlight anomalies and seek resolution.
Provide accurate and timely reports to the Registered Manager, Village Manager, and Head Office within set deadlines.
Meet regularly with the Registered Manager to review monthly management accounts and address financial and administrative issues.
Submit required data to Support Offices on behalf of the Registered Manager and Village Manager.
Manage the staff recruitment process, ensuring all departments are supported and associated administration is completed.
Maintain accurate resident and staff files, ensuring all company and legal documentation is securely stored in line with policy.
Manage, train, and support Receptionists and Administration Assistants in their roles (if applicable).
Actively participate as a member of the Departmental Heads team.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven managerial experience, ideally in healthcare or retirement living.
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Compassionate, customer-focused approach.
Degree or diploma in business administration or related field (desirable).
