Your mission

  • Accurate data entry, manifesting, and POD processing

  • Investigate freight issues, claims, and reconciliations

  • Support warehouse and Dangerous Goods compliance

  • Maintain clean, reliable documentation

  • Escalate issues early and improve processes

What success looks like

  • Fewer errors, cleaner data, smoother workflows

  • Freight reconciled accurately and on time

  • Issues resolved early -not escalated late

  • Strong admin experience in fast-paced environments

  • Logistics/transport exposure (highly preferred)
