Your mission
Accurate data entry, manifesting, and POD processing
Investigate freight issues, claims, and reconciliations
Support warehouse and Dangerous Goods compliance
Maintain clean, reliable documentation
Escalate issues early and improve processes
What success looks like
Fewer errors, cleaner data, smoother workflows
Freight reconciled accurately and on time
Issues resolved early -not escalated late

Strong admin experience in fast-paced environments
Logistics/transport exposure (highly preferred)
