About the role
 

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team, on a permanent, full-time basis.

Join Elders’ Chief Executive Office in this pivotal support role, working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and CEO. As an integral member of the Office of the CEO, you’ll provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth and professional operation of executive activities. This is a dynamic position requiring discretion, initiative and exceptional attention to detail — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate environment and enjoys working with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative and executive support to the Executive Assistant and CEO’s Office.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for the Board and Executive Committee, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide reliable support for day-to-day investor relations activities and communications.
  • Manage and maintain records, documents, and meeting materials for executive and management committees.
  • Assist with scheduling and maintaining the corporate calendar, ensuring alignment with key business priorities.
  • Support planning and delivery of executive meetings and events, including logistics, catering and setup.
  • Process and reconcile expenses and invoices promptly and in line with company policy.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, always maintaining confidentiality.

About you

  • Highly organised and proactive, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated experience providing executive or senior administrative support in a corporate environment.
  • Skilled in managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to engage confidently and effectively with Board and Executive Management level stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate systems.
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities.
