About the opportunity

To keep a hospital working there are many maintenance activities that need to be delivered. This requires a team of people that are willing and able to coordinate getting the right people to the right place at the right time.

  • The Primary Purpose/Focus of the role is the provision of administrative support to the Facilities Management team

  • This is a frontline role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of people on a diverse range of issues.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Proficient administration and organisational skills

  • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written skills

  • Solid information technology skills

  • Previous experience dealing with the delivery of trade skills

  • Experience in health care setting desirable

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.

  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
