Administration Assistant

  • Then you could be our new Administration Assistant for our Busan Office, South Korea.

  • Perform receptionist duties when needed.

  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to

  • requests or issues.

  • Support Schedule and plan of meetings and appointments (especially in case of guest visitors)

  • Monitor level of supplies at office sites(s) and handle shortages.

  • Handle couriers and material inward / Outward

  • Support in Travel and Hotel Bookings if outside company travel portal

  • Be responsible for petty cash handling in line with

  • finance.

  • Support P&C for engagement activities, induction

  • scheduling etc.

  • Standardize and initiate agreements for Corp. Hotel (if needed)

  • Arrange for working lunch / dinner as the case may be

  • for official meetings etc.

  • Provide support in handling of paper based invoices, as may be the need

  • Support in townhall arrangements

  • Coordination & agreement finalisation with vendors responsible for providing services for office administration & housekeeping services.

  • Work along with other administrative assistants in the South & East region for collaboration on any activity/task (as the need may be)

Job Location: Busan, South Korea (On-site)

Employment Type: 1-year Fixed Term and Part Time Contract

Work Time/Week: 9am to 2pm - Monday to Friday

What Are We Looking For?

  • Diploma in Administration (good to have)

  • Computer knowledge is preferred (MS - CIT)

  • Min 2 Years’ experience in Administration, Front Desk

  • Fair in spoken & written English

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
