Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the maintenance of office environment, the procurement and distribution of office supplies to meet the office needs of all departments.
- Coordinate the administrative logistics, including the management of canteen, vehicle scheduling clean service and other affairs.
- Prepare the annual administrative budget and complete the administrative expense analysis report.
- Collect and pre-check invoices; complete reimbursement requests; track payment status and file documents.
- Assist the fixed asset management and record.
- Support to organize and coordinate all kinds of celebrations and activities.
- Hotel and travel service provider management.
- Support for business visa application.
- Complete ohter administrative tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and the above.
- 3 years of administration relate working experience.
- Good English communication skills is preferred.
- Good skills of various office software.
- Good communication, coordination and execution skills.
- Higher standard of ethics, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player.
