Job Descriptions
- Track and manage all invoice processes, ensuring timely submission, approval, and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate approval workflows in line with company policies and internal controls
- Support contract-related and procurement processes, including documentation and follow-up with suppliers
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Act as a coordination point between HR, Administration, Finance, Procurement, and Management teams
- Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation
- Support office-related needs such as service providers, vendors, and facility-related follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local regulations
- Provide general administrative support to management when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from university
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative, office management, or coordination roles
- Experience in invoice tracking, approval processes, or procurement coordination is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
