Mailroom & Courier Operations
Manage local and overseas courier arrangements, including coordination with courier vendors and internal stakeholders.
Handle franking and postage processes, including mail handling, sorting, and dispatch.
Maintain and top up the franking machine to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Oversee mailroom operations and upkeep, ensuring a tidy, well-organised, and compliant work area.
Coordinate with business units and departments on mail and parcel collection and delivery.
Reception & Call Handling Support
Provide secondary call answering support when required.
Cover the full set of receptionist duties in the absence of Receptionist 1, ensuring continuity of front desk operations.
Administrative & Ad-hoc Support
Support the receiving, recording, and distribution of hampers and festive gifts during peak periods.
Provide general administrative support to the team and departments when necessary.
Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Requirements:
Min “O” Level/Diploma and above with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in similar roles;
Customer oriented, good communication, interpersonal skills and resourceful
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to multi-task.
Good attention to detail and team player.
Familiarity with courier services, mail handling, and franking machines is an advantage.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
