Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g. project site team, Finance, and People & Culture) to ensure monthly billings are submitted to clients on a timely basis.

  • Assist in obtaining budget clearance from internal delegated personnel as well as from clients.

  • Track the movement of site staff and assign WBS codes for timesheet clocking.

  • Manage and monitor project profit and loss (P&L).

  • Assist the bid team in the end-to-end bid process, including planning, preparation, and submission of bids.

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties related to office operations as assigned.

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Effectiveness in managing billing schedules and coordinating with internal teams.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Experience:

  • Experience in an administrative role is an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
