Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with various departments (e.g. project site team, Finance, and People & Culture) to ensure monthly billings are submitted to clients on a timely basis.
Assist in obtaining budget clearance from internal delegated personnel as well as from clients.
Track the movement of site staff and assign WBS codes for timesheet clocking.
Manage and monitor project profit and loss (P&L).
Assist the bid team in the end-to-end bid process, including planning, preparation, and submission of bids.
Perform any ad-hoc duties related to office operations as assigned.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effectiveness in managing billing schedules and coordinating with internal teams.
