Overview:
This position will report to the Facility Manager. This person must have strong desire and drive to be very accurate and thorough. This person must be able to interact with Mechanics, Management, Vendors, Office Personnel, and others to be successful. This position requires the possession of strong practical and technical skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively. It requires the ability to direct and handle multiple tasks.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track downtime associated to maintenance
- Assist Facility Manager with meeting agendas
- Involvement with tracking maintenance cost - actual to budget
- Monitor and maintain machine history
- Co-ordinates collection and preparation of operating reports
- Compile, store, and retrieve management data, using computer
- May direct or lead others
- Responsible for some confidential and time sensitive materials
- Exercises good leadership and communication skills
- Maintains the locations list of assets - Keep accurate asset records
- Co-ordinate PM processes for the Maintenance department
- Generates weekly issue of PM work orders
- Directs data entry of completed work orders
- Improves accuracy of Activities, Routings and Schedules
- Oversees the generation and completions of actions
- Maintains and updates the Facilities PBL Handbook
- Instrumental in Oracle
- Oversees data input by parts clerks
- Instrumental in setting report criteria
- Writes CEA POs for maintenance projects
- Subject Matter Expert for Maintenance (Oracle eAM)
- Monitors cycle counts, inventory issues and PO issues
- Housekeeping
- Records control
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years administrative support experience
- Proficient with MS Office, and has good general computer skills
- Bilingual a plus
