The Department of Criminology and Political Science at Texas A&M University-San Antonio is seeking to hire a part-time adjunct instructor to teach in its Political Science program. Applicants must have at least one year of university teaching experience and the ability to teach courses on campus. The appointment will begin in Fall 2026.
Salary: $3,000 per 3-credit course.
Required Education and Experience
Master's degree in Political Science or related field from an accredited university.
At least one (1) year of university teaching experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
At least three (3) years of university teaching experience.
Record of teaching excellence.
Doctoral degree in Political Science or related field from an accredited university.

This is an adjunct position, requiring only teaching. Courses could be offered during daytime hours or evenings, based on departmental needs.
