How you’ll make a difference:
By demonstrating your critical thinking and problem-solving skills through gathering and analyzing relevant information, you’ll help injured workers recover their lives. You can thrive in this dynamic position where you’ll determine entitlements on disability claims according to the Workers’ Compensation Act and policies. You’ll make balanced and accurate decisions on a high volume of claims and communicate them promptly while treating clients with respect and fairness. You’ll also assess and facilitate access to appropriate benefits and unique services that help injured workers. With your expertise in caseload management, you’ll be a valued member of our team, sharing your passion for helping people and building relationships with clients and colleagues.

Salary: $68,544 to $77,429 per annum (Pay Grade 9)
Join our upcoming Adjudicator class, anticipated to start in February or March 2026. Please note, successful candidates must be available to attend ten (10) weeks of training at the time of hire. This position is eligible for hybrid; however, successful candidates will be expected to attend in-person classroom training and work in-office as scheduled (subject to change). Skills assessments will be administered as part of the selection process. Final successful candidates for this position will be asked to undergo a security clearance.
