Addiction Therapist Supervisor

Chemical Dependency - Greece Clinic Full time

SUMMARY

As an Addiction Therapist Supervisor, your ability to lead, direct and mentor Addiction Therapists allows for crucial professional development and clinical program enhancement which leads to improved patient care. You are key in program development and quality assurance for the unit.

LOCATION: Greece Clinic        

DEPARTMENT: Behavioral Health

SCHEDULE: M-F, 8:00AM-5:00PM

SIGN ON BONUS:  $10,000-$15,000      

ATTRIBUTES

  • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in chemical dependency, which can include internship 

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program & Staff Development. Conduct individual and group supervisory activities that promote clinical and program service improvement; monitor staff productivity and compliance with medical record and regulatory requirements

  • Leadership. Conduct performance evaluations based on quantitative and qualitative data; evaluate clinical competencies of staff based on research-based practice guidelines; provide supervision to improve clinical outcomes such as enhancing client access, engagement and retention into treatment

  • Caseload Management. Maintain a client caseload and complete medical record documentation within required time frame and in accordance with regulatory requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required in Counseling, Creative Arts Therapy, Education, Marriage & Family Therapy, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Social Work or the alike in a Human Service field.

  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience in chemical dependency or behavioral health, which can include internship

  • Required Licensure / Certification Skills: Advanced CASAC, Master CASAC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
