In this role you will act as the orchestration and delivery governance anchor for a portfolio of embedded Domain Pods operating under Sunrise’s Hub-and-Spoke model within the AI, Data & Agentic Enablement Office (ADAO). Reporting to the Head of ADAO Pods Management, you will partner with POD Business Owners to shape a clear OKR-driven roadmap, manage expectations end-to-end, run structured intake and prioritization, plan capacity, and ensure disciplined execution from discovery through production release and adoption. You will actively drive reuse of certified data, standardized KPIs and approved AI/agentic patterns, while ensuring that solutions are delivered safely, operated reliably, and generate measurable business value.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Serve as the single front door for assigned business domains into ADAO: manage stakeholder expectations, run governance cadences, and translate business priorities into delivery-ready outcomes and epics
- Act as an AI/Data Strategy Advisor: deeply understand the business model, goals, challenges, and operational realities; propose pragmatic, high‑value data and AI solutions grounded in the full breadth of competencies and services available across the ADAO
- Act as a sparring partner to POD owners and the business—leading value discovery and problem framing by challenging assumptions, identifying AI/data‑driven opportunities, elevating AI/data literacy, facilitating workshops, shaping value hypotheses and success metrics, and ensuring feasibility (data readiness, complexity, compliance) before initiatives enter delivery, and bring in the right ADAO specialists when needed to ensure effective contribution
- Own Pod-level intake, prioritization and quarterly planning: maintain an outcome-based backlog aligned to OKRs, balance demand vs. capacity, and make trade-offs transparent with business leadership
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across Pods and Hub chapters: coordinate dependencies, enforce reuse of certified assets and patterns, and reduce duplication across business units
- Run delivery governance from build to release: stage gates, RAID management, milestone tracking, executive reporting, and escalation of delivery, scope, timeline or resourcing risks
- Ensure adherence to ADAO standards and controls: data governance, security and privacy requirements, auditability, documentation, quality thresholds, and production readiness (runbooks, monitoring, SLOs/SLAs)
- Drive adoption and value realization: define adoption plans, instrument usage and KPI tracking, run post-go-live benefit reviews, and trigger corrective actions where uptake or impact is below target
- Contribute to people and capability uplift: provide structured delivery feedback to line managers, support onboarding and playbooks, and execute domain-level AI literacy enablement in collaboration with Strategy & Governance
YOUR SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 6-10+ years of experience in portfolio/program management, product operations, internal consulting, transformation PMO or similar roles with end-to-end accountability for outcomes
- Proven track record shaping OKR-based roadmaps, running structured intake and prioritization, and delivering measurable business value in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (business, data, engineering, IT/security) and managing dependencies, risks and delivery governance to predictable outcomes
- Strong business partnering and facilitation skills: able to frame ambiguous asks, influence without authority, and drive decisions under constraints (capacity, time, risk)
- Working knowledge of data/analytics/AI delivery concepts (data products, BI/reporting, ML/GenAI/agentic solutions) and what 'production-grade' means (governance, reliability, run/operate readiness)
- Excellent communication and executive-ready reporting skills; strong ownership mindset, pragmatism, and bias to action
- Business-fluent English required; German is an advantage
