Mistplay's Ad Operations Manager is a critical front line role that manages and optimizes client performance on the Mistplay platform. The Ad Operations Manager manages the implementation of campaigns, analytics, campaign management and optimization of client performance to meet and exceed client expectations and help Mistplay deliver on the promise of being a core user acquisition partner.

Please note: We are open to candidates in South Korea & China for this position

What you'll do at Mistplay:
·Set up new clients in campaign management platform;
·Manage creatives and campaign structures for games;
·Create, edit, activate/deactivate individual campaigns;
·Ensure proper tracking of clicks, installs, impressions, and post-install events;
·Analyze campaign performance;
·Run KPI reviews;
·Propose and implement optimizations for underperforming campaigns;
·Report on trends in performance across clients;
·Highlight upsell opportunities for high performing campaigns to customer success team;
·Support Account Managers and Account Executives with data and insights for QBRs;
·Triage, investigate and report on campaign behaviour;
·Liaise with the analytics team to optimize dashboards and data enablement.

What you'll bring to Mistplay:
·3+ years experience in ad operations;
·Proven track record optimizing campaign performance;
·Excellent analytics skills and advanced excel skills;
·Intrinsic performance orientation and a passionate desire to meet performance goals;
·Proven track record of collaboration with customer success, account executives or other customer facing teams;
·Organization and time management skills;
·Self-sufficient high performer who enjoys driving the success of your team;
·Experience in the mobile gaming or adtech market a huge plus;
·Professional working capabilities in English (Japanese would be great nice-to-have).
