The Position

The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Ad Operations Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring high-quality campaign activation and reliable data foundations for reporting and performance measurement. This role requires a hands-on operator with strong technical expertise in ad serving platforms, combined with a structured, detail-oriented mindset and a focus on scalable and sustainable operations.

This is a fixed-term opportunity for 1,5 year.

The Opportunity:

  • Manage and support the setup, configuration, and ongoing operation of Roche Pharma’s ad server environment, including the rollout and adoption of usage across teams in line with defined standards and best practices

  • Execute and oversee campaign trafficking end-to-end, ensuring accurate setup, tagging, ad assignment, and launch readiness, while reviewing and correcting builds to maintain high execution quality

  • Act as a subject matter expert for ad server governance, maintaining naming conventions, taxonomy, and trafficking standards, and ensuring consistency, auditability, and operational discipline

  • Ensure data integrity across the ad server ecosystem by supporting tagging and tracking frameworks, validating reporting outputs, and collaborating with analytics teams to enable reliable dashboards and measurement

  • Troubleshoot campaign and data issues, serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and scalable ad operations practices

Who you are:

  • You have 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, ad operations, campaign management, or a related field, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience in ad trafficking and ad server operations, ideally within a media agency or comparable in-house function

  • You have strong hands-on experience with ad-serving platforms such as Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) or equivalent, and understand campaign setup, tagging workflows, placement structures, creatives, and tracking methodologies

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential and additional languages are a plus, based on region/customer requirements

  • You are detail-oriented, well-organized, and efficient with time management

  • You are able to work under pressure and work independently
