About the Role

Location: 14/F Sai Gon Centre Tower 2 Building, 67 Le Loi Street, Sai Gon Ward, Hochiminh City
Duration: 6 months, Full-time
Function: Finance & Actuary | Department: Actuary - IFRS17
Who You’ll Report To: Senior Manager, Actuarial IFRS17

What You’ll Do

  • Actuarial valuation process:
    - Support to perform pre-run preparation (run setting, pre-check, operating and economic input) and model preparation (DCS/Prophet) in monthly ME process to follow the Group requirement;
    - Configure and monitor in real-time the monthly automated process via UiPath (from input reception to results data backup) to be able to meet the timeline.

  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Support the enhancement of reporting process through automation and leveraging business analytics.


What You’ll Learn

  • Deep knowledge in Insurance industry as well as Actuarial career

  • Understanding AIA’s insurance products and reporting process


 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a subject with significant exposure to actuarial, finance, mathematics and/or statistics.

  • Prior Actuarial/ Finance internship is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of Prophet, able to set up runs and read codes

  • Knowledge in VBA, Python, SQL, or R.

  • Experience working with Microsoft packages

  • English fluency is necessary for this position.

  • Good communication and presentation skills, team player, organized and punctual.
