Innovate with stakeholders on automated solutions and programming.
Own evolution of automation product through creation and management of feedback loop.
Build and code statistical models for automation.
Create and follow best practices, documentation and trainings.
Promote and land automation product with stakeholders.
Extract, transform and load from databases and suggest improvements to optimize database quality and efficiency.
Adopt, translate and modify existing automation solution
Plan and manage automation projects.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Computer Science
A minimum of four years of relevant P&C insurance experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Strong programming experience in Python, R, or a similar scientific programming language
Academic, professional or personal project experience with data tools and programming (e.g., Python, SAS and/or SQL)
Successful completion of at least five (5) CAS or CIA exams
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
