What you’ll accomplish with us
As an Actuarial Advisor – Data and Analytics – Distribution, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Perform complex analyses to support the evolution of the business model in line with ambitious growth objectives.
Implement and enhance innovative business intelligence solutions that improve the operational efficiency of distribution teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, influencing them toward data‑driven decision‑making.
Synthesize and translate complex concepts for iAAH senior leaders to support strategic decision‑making.

We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for their versatility, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity, as well as their ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
Stands out for their analytical and synthesis skills, enabling a deep understanding of complex issues, the formulation of sound diagnoses, and the recommendation of innovative solutions to business partners.
Demonstrates high level of proactivity and a strong continuous improvement mindset, actively contributing to the optimization of business processes.
Is recognized for their communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts clearly, as well as knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS and Power BI.
Has 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in actuarial science and property and casualty insurance.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques is considered an asset.
