The Opportunity:
Join the MiDAS team as an Acquisition Analyst supporting enterprise-level defense acquisition activities across Air Force and Space Force programs.
You'll support development of acquisition documentation, milestone preparation, and coordinated program execution while expanding your technical and analytical skillset. You’ll support research and interpretation of Defense Acquisition and Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) policies. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams across cost, schedule, engineering, and programmatic disciplines. You’ll track tasks, maintain action logs, and support review and approval processes. You’ll participate in technical and programmatic working sessions with government and contractor partners. You’ll support activities related to Major Capability Acquisitions (MCA), Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA), Software Acquisition Pathway (SWP), and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) efforts. You’ll communicate information clearly in written products, meeting notes, and oral updates. You’ll demonstrate initiative, accountability, and attention to detail while working with some guidance.

You Have:
1+ years of experience supporting DoD acquisition, program management, financial management, engineering, or business administration or management
Experience in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks with some guidance and operate in a dynamic environment
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Air Force or Space Force programs
Experience with acquisition pathways, such as MCA, MTA, SWP, or OTA
Experience with Power BI, MS Project, or Kanban boards
Experience using AI-enabled tools for research, analytical automation, and integrated data environments
Possession of excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Completion of DAU Course
APDP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
