The role...

As an accounts receivable agent, you play an important role in accounting. In close contact with members, guests and colleagues you ensure the correct invoicing and much more.

Main Duties…

• Preparation of invoices and deposit invoices in line with company standards
• Accounts receivable and guest ledger management, including monitoring of open balances in cooperation with the Front Office team
• Daily posting and reconciliation of bank transactions in Opera
• Issuing payment reminders and coordinating collecting process
• Daily control of in-house payments and cash movements
• Reconciliation of cash accounts and follow up

Requirements…

• successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector
• work experience in accounting desirable, preferably in the hotel industry
• experience with OPERA / MICROS desirable
• good knowledge of MS Office
• good knowledge of the German and English language
• willingness to work independently
• friendly, open and professional demeanour
