Job Summary
The A/R Coordinator compiles amounts owed to the company by customers or clients, and inputs figures to the accounting system.

What you will do
- Prepare, review, and distribute invoices
- Process credit card charges; follow up on and resolve declines
- Manage billing for multiple clients with varying requirements
- Communicate proactively with management regarding problem accounts
- Post payments and process unit refunds
- Conduct follow-up and collection calls on delinquent accounts
- Provide customer service related to billing inquiries
- Process Direct Bill applications
- Perform account research and reconciliations
- Lead monthly A/R meetings
- Work with spreadsheets for reporting and tracking
What you have
Experience and Education
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable is required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required, along with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- This role works closely with outside markets and clients. Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
