Accounts Receivable controller/Net working capital Specialist

Your role:

• Create and send invoices to clients for goods/services rendered.
• Work with GBS collectors to ensure receivables and avoid past-due accounts and solve billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile the AR ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Review, verify, and approve process customer invoices
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and secure financial records
• Prepares NWC forecast and work with accounting team to maximized
cash flow and ensure accuracy in forecast and BBP submission.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), and Days Payable Outstanding (DPO)

Your Background:

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and SAP

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication skills, and
ability to handle confidential information.
