This position provides administrative and clerical support while serving as a primary point of contact for customer. The role focuses heavily on handling cancellations, taking payments, answering phones, mailing and invoicing key fobs, and providing general customer service, along with supporting daily office operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Handles customer cancellations accurately and professionally.

  • Takes payments, processes invoices, and maintains payment records.

  • Prepares, invoices, and mails key fobs to customers.

  • Answers phones, emails, and directs inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Provides general customer service, resolving issues and responding to questions.

  • Greets and assists clients and visitors.

  • Schedules appointments and makes referrals as needed.

  • Maintains records, spreadsheets, and reports; performs data entry and filing.

  • Manages mail, packages, vendor invoices, and supply inventory.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.


Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Associate degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.

  • Ability to type at least 50 wpm.

  • Ability to proofread.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

  • Basic understanding of office equipment.

  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

  • Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.

Other Duties:

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
