Hiring: Accounts Receivable Accountant
 

I'm Roberta Kižuk, and I'm currently looking for Accounts Receivable Accountant to join my team at Telia. The team you will be part of is responsible for accounts receivable daily and month-end tasks: handling B2C and B2B customer incoming payments, maintaining AR Ledgers, customer queries and bank accounts reconciliations.
 

What you’ll do:

• Perform a variety of accounts receivable tasks, including processing incoming payments.
• Conduct account reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies in line with SLAs.
• Execute period-end close (PEC) activities.
• Ensure all daily transactions are booked accurately and within the correct accounting period according to KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare documentation required for audits and year-end closing.
• Actively participate in change initiatives and continuous improvement within the accounts receivable process.
• Maintain professional and cooperative relationships with stakeholders, managing their needs and expectations effectively.
   

What will help you thrive in this role:

The suitable candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is structured, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably within accounts receivable.
• Basic knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with SAP ERP is considered an advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position – 2100 - 2500 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
