Provide leadership, expertise and guidance to the Accounts Payable Analysts to enable them to provide timely and accurate services and responses to queries.
Identify, work on and propose continuous system and process improvements to enhance services delivery.
Work closely with Management to set and control performance targets, teamwork plans, and mitigate identified risk areas.
Ensure SLA compliance through KPIs creation.
Assist with day-to-day AP cycle activities, hands-on approach.
Ensure that all invoices are accurately and efficiently processed and paid.
Monitor workload distribution and ensure Key metrics goals are met, including quality checks.
Identify training gaps and address them.
Create and maintain Accounts Payable related documentation.
Participate in internal audits.
Minimum of 5+ years job experience in Accounts Payable end-to end processes. Preferable with Shared Services experience.
2+ years of experience leading a team.
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting field.
English skills of 85% (oral, written & comprehension).
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Good knowledge of relevant software tools – SAP.
Strong Customer service orientation.
Comfortable in a fast pace and ability to drive continuous process improvements.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Initiative & Proactive.
Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills.
