Accounts Payable Representative - Mexico

As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will be a key player in building and maintaining relationships between our vendors and various departments within Bison.

Specific responsibilities include:

• New vendor setups in Great Plains
• Request banking information
• Verify banking information
• Notice of assignment requests
• Closing PO’s
• Integrations

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

• Advanced command of the English language with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented with a passion for working with numbers and data entry.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Adaptable.
• Ability to work in both a team environment and individually.
• PC skills – Windows, MS Office Suite, Excel, Great Plains accounting software.
• Experience with Great Plains considered to be an asset.
