The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of Accounts Payable function, as well as the end-to-end financial management of allocated entities — from transaction processing through to month-end reporting and close procedures.What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable across multiple global entities
Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and execute supplier payment runs
Administer corporate credit cards and employee expense claims
Maintain strong financial controls and vendor relationships
Support Accounts Receivable activities as required
Assist with month-end close procedures, including:
Accruals and prepayments
Fixed asset management
Balance sheet reconciliations
Manage foreign currency transactions and support global finance processes
Collaborate with overseas stakeholders across different time zones
Provide reporting and general administrative support as required
What You’ll Bring
You are an experienced Accounts Payable professional with strong attention to detail and a desire to broaden your accounting exposure within a global organisation.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Knowledge of business operations, bookkeeping, accounts, and payroll processes
General understanding of sales and local tax requirements
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to summarise and communicate financial information clearly and effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
Experience using business systems such as G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Sage/Intacct
