Job Description:

• Payment Processing:
  • Review and process invoices related to workers' compensation claims.
  • Ensure timely payment to medical providers, legal representatives, and other related entities.
• Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payments associated with workers' compensation accounts.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
• Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations regarding workers' compensation payments.
  • Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Communication:
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and enquiries.
• Data Management:
  • Utilise claims management software to enter, track, and report on accounts payable activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
