The ideal candidate will:

  • ·Handle global corporate credit card administration with high accuracy.
  • · Manage multiple regional inboxes and respond professionally to internal
  • customers.
  • Follow established processes, internal controls, and compliance
  • requirements.
  • Work confidently across multiple systems, dashboards, and banking platforms.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks independently and on time.
  • Communicate clearly, escalate issues when needed, and support cardholders.
  • Maintain organised documentation and ensure SharePoint records are always
  • up to date.
  • Be proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced AP environment.

The Expectation

  • Experienced – at least 2/3 years in a finance role
  • Qualifications - ideally part qualified accounting technician or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data. Proficient in excel ie v-look up, pivot tables
  • Analytical thinking ie ability to problem solve, identify trends, critical thinking
  • Experience of reconciliations
  • Organised individual with good admin skills, good attention to detail
  • Can work on own initiative and take ownership/responsibility of work
  • Great communicator
  • Positive mindset/attitude
  • Team Player
  • Emotional Intelligence -empathy, self-awareness/ Interpersonal Skills/Solution orientated
  • Agility
  • Self-motivation/ Capacity to learn and apply/Adaptability
