Purpose of Role

This role offers variety, collaboration, and the chance to work across multiple countries, currencies, and VAT regimes. If you love problem‑solving, accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly, you’ll feel right at home here.

✨ What You’ll Do

  • Process high volumes of invoices for several European entities
  • Manage AP mailboxes and resolve supplier queries
  • Work closely with colleagues across Europe to gather data and approvals
  • Handle internal and external queries by email and phone
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve vendor issues
  • Follow company policies and support wider Shared Service Centre activities

🎯 What You’ll Bring

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
  • A proactive, organised, and customer‑focused mindset

📍 Location & Working Pattern

This role is based at our European Shared Service Centre in Harlow, where collaboration and team synergy are at the heart of how we work. We require team members to be on-site at least four days per week to support this dynamic environment.
