Role Overview :
As an Accounts Payable Analyst II - Payments, you will ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant AP and payment operations. You will manage end-to-end payment processes, maintain strong financial controls, and drive continuous improvement across AP and Payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve AP issues and maintain updated SOPs.
Prepare reports for payments, audits, and compliance.
Perform process analysis, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage exceptions.
Ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal controls in SAP and related systems.
Manage end-to-end payment processing: invoice validation, payment execution, reconciliation, and exception handling.
Execute timely domestic and international payments (wire, ACH, check, etc.) while maintaining controls.
Review and validate invoices, credit/debit notes, and expense reports in SAP.
Resolve rejected payments; coordinate with Treasury for fund confirmations and urgent approvals.
Monitor overdue items, support SLA adherence, and manage ServiceNow/Taulia tickets.
Maintain accurate records in SAP and VIM for smooth AP operations.
Prepare reports for payment tracking and audits.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality and audit standards.
Act as an AP subject-matter expert and support team knowledge sharing.
Strong control over AP registration and payment processing.
Reliable SAP & VIM management for AP accuracy.
Ability to apply financial controls, accounting checks, and process improvements.
Resolve routine AP issues and maintain high service quality.
Expertise in AP systems, logs, and training others.
Analytical problem‑solving Analytical thinking and problem-solving
What You Bring
Proven AP or finance experience with mandatory SAP knowledge.
Hands-on expertise in payment processing and reconciliation.
Strong troubleshooting and accuracy in high-volume environments.
Ability to deliver high-quality service and resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications:
BCom, MBA or Similar Accounting or finance degree.
5+ Experience in payment process is a must.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Intermediate knowledge of SAP
English proficiency is a must.
