Hiring: Accounts Payable Accountant

I’ Laura Rimkevičienė, leading Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset Accounting team, and I’m currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. Join us and play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient financial operations across our global supplier network.

What you’ll do:

• Process and verify supplier invoices in line with company procedures and policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of supplier payments.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accounting ledgers and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives within accounting processes.

What will help you thrive in this role:

The suitable candidate is detail-oriented, with good organizational, communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in accounting processes.
• Higher degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (B2+).
• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, IF, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Familiarity with SAP (or similar) and experience with month-end closing actiities are considered an advantage.

​Monthly salary range for this position – 1800 - 2300Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
