Verifies and analyzes the record of transactions generated.
Performs cash flow adequate to track accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as the cash is in the bank.
Ensures the timely payment of accounts payable counting the funds needed to cover these.
Ensure compliance with business objectives and strategies to achieve goals of the group North America.
Performs reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
Approve vendor/customer master data changes in ERP systems.
Authorizes payment proposals and dispersions.
Authorizes purchase orders.
Coordinates activities for generating internal and external reports.
Coordinates the planning processes and controls performance indicators.
Coordinates internal and external audit requests related to AP and AR
Ensures compliance with legal and tax requirements.
Support the plant staff in financial aspects.
Reports the financial statements.
BA in Accounting or similar
More than 4 years of experience in similar position
International trade, general & fiscal accounting, treasury, reports to parent establishment, financial management, international accounting standards, financial reporting standards, strategic planning.
AS400, SAP, MS Office, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
Advanced English.
