Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Accounting Specialist to join our accounting team. The person has to ensure the accuracy of accounting, processing and monitoring different activities concerned accounts receivables, accounts payables and general ledgers in compliance with local and PMS rules and policies.

What you will do:

• Perform regular monthly accounting creating and posting of accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank transactions and general ledgers.
• Supplier/Customer statements reconciliation.
• Control and processing of the various travel expenses reports on Certify system for Switzerland, Austria branch and Germany.
• Bank of America credit cards management for Switzerland, Austria branch and Germany.
• Preparation and support for VAT quarterly declaration.
• Assistance in preparing and checking various accounts and monthly SignOff reconciliation for Switzerland/Austria.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare reports and comments upon request.

Key Requirements:

• Native German speaker.
• Professional use of Excel.
• IFS experience would be preferred but other ERP knowledge will be considered.
• Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work well in a team.
• Fluency in English is a must.
