Responsibilities:
- Reporting and analysis: manage the monthly / quarterly / year-end financial closing process including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements necessary for sound decision making. The job holder continuously monitors financial performance, evaluates risks and opportunities to ensure all the business units stays on track to deliver financial results, including Profit, Working Capital and Cash.
- Budget management: support the annual planning process through development and monitoring of budgets, provide timely reporting of budget variances and advise on cost control measures.
- Compliance and risk management: establish, maintain and monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, and external regulations in collaboration with external / internal audit teams and legal and tax depts.
- Accounts Payable activities: oversee the management of accounts payable for the legal entity ensuring that vendor risk is appropriately monitored, and the legal entity is compliant with all local tax laws.
Business Partner: acts as a business partner for the local / regional management teams and for the regional / global Finance & Controlling Community and is responsible for providing all decision takers with solid financial analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field with relevant exposure
- Certified Public Accountant
- Prior experience managing a high-performing finance & accounting team
- English language (fluently in speaking and writing)
