Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional who is committed to excellence, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings both technical expertise and genuine aloha spirit to their work. As part of the Hualālai ‘ohana, you will help uphold the highest standards of financial integrity while supporting the exceptional guest experience that Four Seasons is known for worldwide.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Supervise, train, and develop accounting team members to ensure high performance and clear responsibilities.
Support Hualālai Villas & Homes through active participation in the Rental Management program.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and statistical reports.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis for the Assistant Director and Senior Assistant Director of Finance.
Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and support internal and external audit activities.
Partner closely with operational leaders, department heads, and the Villas & Homes team.
Promote a warm, professional, and harmonious working environment in alignment with Four Seasons standards and EmPact guidelines.
WHAT TO BRING
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within hospitality.
Strong understanding of the month‑end close process, financial statements, reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and deliver meaningful financial insights.
Proficiency in accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools.
