📍 Contrat à durée indéterminée, basé à Nouméa

✔ Enregistrement des encaissements dans le système de caisse et effectuer les rapprochements des comptes clients pour garantir une réconciliation précise
✔ Suivi des créances et rapprochements comptables
✔ Support administratif et gestion des dossiers
✔ Communication avec nos agents et courtiers pour offrir un service client exceptionnel
✔ Participation à des projets et amélioration des processus

Votre profil :
✅ Niveau bac +3 avec plusieurs expériences réussies dans le domaine administratif
✅ Organisation, rigueur et sens du détail
✅ Esprit d’équipe, communication fluide, réactivité
✅ Une expérience en comptabilité et/ou dans le secteur de l’assurance serait un atout

The Opportunity
This role provides administrative support to the Finance department, including developing and maintaining process documentation and supporting project initiatives. The role also involves analysing complex agency and broker requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring high-quality data processing.

Your new role
As the Accounting and Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Monitor and recover QBE Direct receivables, ensuring timely collection and follow-up.
Record receipts in the cashier system and perform client account matching (account allocation) to ensure accurate reconciliation.
Resolve system issues resulting from agency data entry and ensure accurate tracking of agent/broker inquiry requests.
Review and respond to client requests, providing analysis and direction for processing contracts and changes.
Communicate with agents/brokers and field representatives to deliver exceptional customer service.
Handle incoming and outgoing postage and dispatch
Maintain effective hard and soft copy filing systems and follow administration policies.
