Key Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable including month/year end financial closing
Issue customer invoice, receipt and other relevant documents needed promptly
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on collection
Preparation of weekly cash flow forecast
Perform monthly AR, AP, bank and intercompany and GL reconciliation
Assist in preparation of financial reporting and disclosures
Assist in annual audit matters
Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
Any other tasks assigned from time to time
Corporate tax, SST, e-invoicing filling

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 5-6 years of relevant working experience. Audit experience is preferred
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
Mature, committed, meticulous and a good team player with positive attitude
Proficient with MS Office (Word & Excel) and ERP system (Microsoft AX is an advantage)
Passionate to learn and explore new knowledge
Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with all levels
