As an Accounting Analyst, you’ll be a key contributor to the accuracy, integrity, and insight behind our financial reporting. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys digging into the details, solving complex problems, and continuously improving processes.

You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional teams, support monthly close activities, and help ensure our financial statements accurately reflect business performance. What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll contribute to both day‑to‑day accounting operations and higher‑value analytical work, including:

  • Prepare and review account analyses, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for monthly close

  • Create and post monthly journal entries and calculate accurate month‑end accruals

  • Research, analyze, and resolve accounting issues that impact financial statements

  • Provide financial and analytical support to internal stakeholders and business partners

  • Collect, analyze, and distribute financial data to support reporting and decision‑making

  • Develop ad hoc financial reports and analyses to address business questions

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support efficiency and quality initiatives

  • Escalate risks, issues, or discrepancies to management in a timely and professional manner

  • Prepare clear, concise documentation to support accounting conclusions and audits

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and business information

  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented accounting professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and the ability to think strategically.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

  • Approximately 5–10 years of experience in Accounting or Finance

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)

  • Experience with Microsoft Access or similar tools (preferred)

  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and develop sound solutions

Professional Competencies

  • Highly self‑directed with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills

  • Comfortable leading or owning projects, including setting timelines and managing deliverables

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently

  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating change in a fast‑paced environment

  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen with a “big picture” mindset

Working Conditions:

  • Professional office environment.

  • Hybrid work model, 3 days in office and 2 days remote, allowing flexibility between remote and in-office work.
